Noida-based Bhutani Infra or Bhutani Group is planning to come up with a new commercial project in Noida Expressway - Cyberthum by Bhutani Infra. The proposed commercial project is yet to be formally announced & will be available for investment only after RERA registration is complete.
The new commercial project is still in the starting stage of planning & the process of necessary approvals and mandatory RERA registration before it can be formally announced.
Bhutani Group has had quite a successful run with its existing Alphathum Noida project, where it has managed to sale a large proportion of its existing inventory within a couple of years. The project is still under construction.
Based on the visible development at the site, the first phase of the project should be ready for delivery within the promised deadline, which is next year. The second phase of the project is scheduled for delivery in 2021, and the construction status of the towers looks promising enough to expect a possession within the deadline.

According to murmurs, Bhutani Infra Cyberthum -- the new launch commercial project in Noida Expressway is going to be developed on a land parcel close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
